This individual will seek out and understand the customer’s needs and propose and explain how Nexen products can resolve their needs, and provide them with good value, performance and quality. Responsibilities include responding to questions and providing product information to customers, making decisions regarding application and service recommendations, and generating sales resulting from customer contact over the telephone, and customer visits (20%-50%). Will work with customer support teams and engineering in response to customer requests for special or modified products. This is a quick commute to the northern suburbs.   • Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. With a team of professional and technical specialists you will establish the organization's overall IT plans and lead the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. An excellent IT manager is very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. They have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet objectives. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company. Responsibilities • Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management • Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance • Control budget and report on expenditure • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

  • Description: Responsibilities will include maintaining product forecast, responsible business system metrics and parameters, along with planning and controlling material scheduling activities, while balancing targeted inventory levels and ensuring customer on-time delivery objectives are met. Reviews priorities, reports problem areas and takes or recommends appropriate action. Answer inquiries concerning production work status and material availability. Lead daily production meeting and communicate status or changes of material plans, forecast, work in process and customer requirements to appropriate departments and management.
  • Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a minimum BA/BS degree - Business or Technical. Four or more years’ experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment preferred, along with at least two years in a materials management position. Strong understanding of Process Management and Lean Principles. APICS and ISM certifications are preferred. Should be a self-starter, organized, and analytical with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment and always maintain a professional demeanor.   • Job Location: Webster, Wisconsin
  • Description: Performs repair and maintenance on machine tools and production equipment in plant. Performs work within a variety of technical fields including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatics and control. Performs facilities, facilities systems and equipment maintenance and repairs. Moves machinery by disconnecting power, air, water and other connections and resets machines in new locations, leveling and reconnecting service lines. Performs basic maintenance electrical installation and repair. Orders parts and supplies to meet maintenance requirements. Responsible for performance of industrial maintenance, including handling and disposal of any hazardous waste from facility. Performs preventative maintenance to keep machines operating in a safe and productive manner. Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities including preventative maintenance and work orders as well as information on outside vendors.
  • Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus one or two years of related technical college training. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, machine maintenance, mechanical, or machining experience is beneficial. Knowledge of hand and air tool use as well as testing and measuring equipment required. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, good written communication, problem solving, and computer skills. Must be able to read maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, codes and instructions of high technical complexity. Must have excellent mechanical ability. Willing to adjust shift as necessary for training or projects.
