Will scan for new product development opportunities, and develop aggressive and effective sales strategies. Position will involve 50% travel.

Motion control and power transmission industry experience preferred. They will also have significant computer literacy, and have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Description: Performs design and development functions for existing product lines and product line extensions, new products, or specials. Works on designs to improve components and products and to develop concepts for new products that achieve the desired quality at the most favorable cost. Prepares or directs preparation of layouts, drawings and specifications. Defines tests to be conducted and evaluates test results. Recommends or develops design changes. Provides technical support to sales and manufacturing.
  • Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, with 1 - 10 years of varied experience in engineering. Must have strong CAD knowledge, proficient computer skills, strong analytical and diagnostic abilities, and knowledge of engineering standards. Must also have effective interpersonal and communication skills, including a team orientation.

  • Description: Performs a variety of tasks related to assembly of products, various shipping and receiving activities, basic machining or other manufacturing processes. May work in areas as assigned by a supervisor. One or more positions on 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Qualifications: Must be able to assemble single or multiple assemblies of component parts and finished products to set specifications. Individual must be able to read prints, perform computer (CMS) transactions, follow written work process instructions, and use required measuring and test equipment. Serves as backup to material handling. Performs other production work such as blackening, balancing, saw, etc. This position requires a high school diploma, plus product knowledge that would typically be gained by one year’s experience in a production assembly position. Ongoing educational growth is encouraged.

  • Description: This position is responsible for operational planning and management of assigned procurement activities in order to ensure plant objectives are achieved. Purchases materials and services including but not limited to castings, steel, bearings, machined components, springs, friction facings, electronic components to support production, while ensuring that cost, delivery, inventory and quality targets are met. Utilizes Business System Software to analyze and adjust supplier schedules along with expediting as necessary. Researches and recommends new sources for new or existing materials. Negotiate agreements that produce cost savings, reduce lead times and secure key business points. Audits and monitors supplier performance, process Engineering Change Orders and Supplier Non-Conformance Reports. Provides expertise and support to Design Engineering and Plant Personnel while processing prototype material and MRO requisitions. Collaborates and assists as required across the entire materials department. Provides detailed written and verbal communication internally and across the supply chain.
  • Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or management and 2 or more years of purchasing in a manufacturing environment or equivalent. Requires excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Must also have effective computer skills, excellent analytic and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and demands. ISM and APICS Certification preferred.
